Registration

To create an account, click on the “Sign in” link on the websites’ header or on “My Account” on the footer. Enter your Email and hit “Create an account”. Then fill in the fields of the form with your personal information and click on the “Register” button which is on the bottom of the page. A page will be displayed, informing you that “Your Account has been created”.

Sign in

Fill in the fields “Email Address” and the “Password” you provided when you registered. You can also keep your details saved on your computer so that when you log in again, there will be no need to type your email and password.

Prices

Prices listed on our website are in Euros with all taxes are included.

Order Policy

We accept orders online 24/7 and through email and by telephone.

Payments can be made by credit card through PayPal.

All credit card payments and payments with a PayPal account are handled by the PayPal Express system. All payments are performed according to the highest safety standards.

Return Policy

We value our customers. If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request for an exchange or a refund within 15 days. All products must be returned to us unopened with the seals intact in their original packaging. In case of damaged packaging please provide us with photos and description.

Limit of Liability

Novel Agro Ltd can only be held liable to the extent of the order value.
